The celebrated, world-famous wine region of Bordeaux is famed for its red wines, particularly its blends – and it’s no wonder, as red wines account for 85% of production. The pair discuss this evolving style, and Kermode even creates his own red blend to be judged by some of the area’s most renowned wine producers.
