The chef José Pizarro is often described as ‘the Godfather of Spanish cuisine’. He grew up in a province in Extremadura, the mountainous border with Portugal. It’s also that time again – Freddy Bulmer gives us a window into his life as a wine buyer, plus find out our recommendations from the IWSC hall of fame.
