This week, host David Kermode welcomes a big name in the industry: Dr Jamie Goode, a plant scientist and prolific author. One of the first bloggers in the wine industry some 20 years ago, Dr Goode has now written a comprehensive guide to the science of wine, named – aptly – Wine Science.
