A 1983 Linkwood single malt from independent bottler Gordon & MacPhail’s Private Collection. It has been matured in a single refill American oak hogshead for 35 years. Aromas of honey, vanilla, poached pears, zesty lemon citrus and sweet marzipan lead to a palate of lemon sherbets, toasted oak, mixed herbs and red apples mixed with malted cereal.
