Rum

Santa Teresa, 1796

RRP £44

The Santa Teresa distillery is run by the fifth generation of the Vollmer family and was Venezuela’s first registered distillery. It produces its 1796 expression on a copper pot still, and the rum is matured in American oak and held in a solera system for additional depth. The rum has notes of toasted rye bread, oak spices, sweet coffee and hints of black tea. The finish is cardamom and leather.
