British Master of Wine, writer, lecturer and educator, Elizabeth Gabay has been based in southern France since 2002. She has regularly written about rosé since 2014, chronicling its evolution and global trends for the drink. She is also author of two books on the subject, Rosé: Understanding the Pink Wine Revolution and Rosés of Southern France (co-authored with Ben Bernheim).
