As the seventh series of The Drinking Hour podcast reaches its finale, host David Kermode casts his mind back to some of the most memorable guests on the series so far. Series seven saw Kermode joined by wine veterans like Hugh Johnson MW and Margaret Rand (the editor of Johnson’s much-loved Pocket Wine Book), as well as sparkling wine expert and author of Club Oenologique’s Champagne Report 2022, Essi Avellan MW.
