This is not just rosé, it’s cloudy rosé. Something a little bit different from Gérard Bertrand’s winery in the south of France that will appeal to aspiring hipsters because it is unfined and unfiltered (most wines go through a process to remove any solid matter) in line with a ‘minimal intervention philosophy’. It’s a lot of fun with bags of cherry, berry character and tangy, juicy fruit that should be a great match for seafood.
