Deep lemon-gold colour with some blushing. The evolved nose comes with a fresh mushroom note over honey-toned dried apricot and orange peel. The fruit is withering but acidity remains tight and invigorating bringing on a leaner structure than what the nose was promising. Fully mature and on a slow decline.
