Distilleria Sibona, Amaro

The bittersweet complexity is incredibly poised here, bringing enticing aromas of aniseed, menthol, bitter coca cola and ripe red plum. The flavours start smoothly with a dark depth of chocolate and sloe berry. As the palate develops there are revelations of balsamic, clove and cardamom.
