The Society’s first own-label Jura wine is made in the traditional oxidative fashion that has come to define the region. A blend of majority Chardonnay, aged in stainless steel, and Savagnin, aged sous voile (under veil) for 36 months, it offers scintillating nutty complexity with sleek citrus and a salty streak. A seriously distinctive, ‘talking point’ wine that’s also incredibly moreish.
