I wasn’t expecting to like this as much as I did: it’s very pretty. There’s a touch of orange colour, with a lovely balance of orange blossom aromas and gentle phenolic grip supporting juicy, zesty lime cordial notes. The sugar is in excellent balance with the texture and the acidity. Interesting, appealing and great value.
