Produced by an accomplished Cava house, Codorníu, a pretty nose of orchard blossom and citrus leads into a vibrant but fine mousse with elegant bubbles. There’s freshness from green apple and pithy lemon, with a gentle toasty character imbued by the traditional method style of production. A classic, rounded Cava that’s good value and cries out for a bowl of Spanish green olives.
