Federico Curtaz was agronomist at Gaja for 15 years before falling in love with Sicily and setting up there in 2015. An intense tropical nose is carried through on the palate. Pink-grapefruit flavours temper the tropical notes, and fine salinity gives it a very satisfying Chablis-like texture. Good length – it’s a lovely, fresh and charming wine with a dry finish.
