A bouquet of complimentary aromas starting with tropical passionfruit, blooming heather, coriander seed and old oak cask. Amaro refined bitterness combined with well-integrated sweetness. There are flavours of liquorice, peppermint and the hoppy undertones of a fruity IPA. This is a well-structured drop with admirable balance.
