A figgy, sultana and date-fuelled feast, produced from Palomino aged in cask for an average of between 10 and 15 years, its luscious turrón sweetness counter-balanced by tangy citrus. Though more than a match for most puddings, I would favour a festive cheeseboard for this complex, great value wine.
