Very fine concentrated cedar-box-inflected nose, full of life and interest. Extraordinary perfume, exotic sandalwood. The palate is luscious, delicate, creamy and full with dry mid-palate bright with cherry, sloe and plum, coffee. The tannins have fine grip throughout – it’s very satisfying, mouthwatering and it leaves you with a wash of juice. Lovely weight, lovely sweet earthy, briar finish that goes on and on.
