Henschke’s Hill of Grace may be better known, but Mount Edelstone is a star in its own right. Slightly less structured than its stablemate, a tad more charming in its youth, this is a complex wine with layers of herbs, spices and generous dark fruits draped over a generous framework of plush tannins.
