The flipped version of the blend, with Grenache (85%) on top here, this red is not as complex as the Heloise, but it is more generous with exotic spices and red fruits – raspberries and strawberry jam – with good tannins and a long aftertaste of fruit essence. It will most likely be the longer ageing of the two Chênes.
