A seductive nose of sweet bottled prunes, reminiscent of Pedro Ximenez, together with aromatic hay, an old barn floor in high summer. Then leather and tobacco on the palate, clove and fine old spices, the texture dry with lovely wash of juice, the finish very delicate and fresh leading to a dying fall. A wine in its old age and superb with it.
