This blush-coloured rosé vermouth from the Black Forest is based on German Pinot Noir wines and fortified with eau-de-vies from the famous producer Schladerer. Tart summer-pudding fruit and pink grapefruit zestiness make it really mouth-watering. Delicious as a sundowner, with ice and tonic.
