Loch Lomond Group

Scotland

Loch Lomond Group crafts world-class Scotch whiskies, vodkas and gins enjoyed in over 120 markets. Their portfolio includes Loch Lomond Single Malt, distilled on the scenic banks of Loch Lomond, and Glen Scotia, one of Campbeltown’s last surviving distilleries, rich in maritime heritage. They also steward Littlemill, believed to be Scotland’s oldest licensed distillery, preserved through rare, historic bottlings. Beyond Scotland, their innovation continues with New York Distilling Company, which has revived Horton Rye, a 17th-century grain once thought extinct, producing distinctive rye whiskies rooted in history. This year, Loch Lomond Group has secured tenth position in the IWSC Top 50 Producers.

What drives the team is crafting experiences that resonate deeply with people. Whisky isn’t just a drink, it’s a moment, a memory, a story shared. When someone chooses their whisky, they’re choosing how to spend their time, their money and often how to mark something meaningful. It could be a quiet evening, a celebration or a gift to someone special. That’s why they focus on creating products and brands that offer more than just flavour, they offer feeling. From the character of the liquid to the story behind the bottle, they aim to give people something they’ll enjoy, talk about and come back to.

The portfolio is defined by innovation, diversity and heritage. At Loch Lomond Distillery, four types of stills, including rare straight neck pot stills, enable the creation of multiple flavour profiles from a single site. Their on-site cooperage ensures precise cask management for consistent maturation. Glen Scotia contributes award-winning single malts with a distinctive maritime character. In the United States, the New York Distilling Company has achieved something remarkable: reviving Horton Rye from just 10 seeds to 250 acres under cultivation. This pioneering effort brings historical depth to their rye whiskey, blending tradition with modern craft. Whether it’s the orchard fruit and soft smoke of Loch Lomond or the bold, spicy rye of NYDC, each spirit reflects a commitment to character and quality.
