William moved to London for a writing career in 2008 and began with editorial roles at a finance company and a B2B website publisher. He then spent a decade in automotive journalism at Dennis Publishing, working as a Content Editor and then Sub Editor on the motoring titles Auto Express and Carbuyer. During this period, he was a regular contributor to a food and drink website in his spare time, writing reviews, interviews and travel pieces.
