Kristen Dougall’s passion for wine was unsurprisingly ignited from a young age. An inevitable outcome of growing up in a fun-loving Italian family. So, when it came to finding her first job, she knew exactly what industry that would be in! Starting with a weekend job at Vinopolis whilst completing her Luxury Brand Management Masters and WSET courses, she subsequently entered the wonderful world of wine PR at Emma Wellings PR.

From the glamour of PR, Kristen moved into the rigorous marketing scene at Liberty Wines. She then pivoted to the world of exhibitions and wine competitions as Marketing Manager at Imbibe Live and the Sommelier Wine Awards. In 2021, Kristen took up her current role as Marketing Manager of the IWSC and Club Oenologique.
