Darrel Joseph, based in Vienna, Austria, specialises in the wine regions of Central & Eastern Europe and the Caucasus countries, and has written for numerous publications in Great Britain, the United States, France, Germany and Austria. He judges in several international wine competitions in Europe and Asia, is on the tasting jury for Gault & Millau in Austria, and conducts masterclasses and tastings for wine fairs, events, universities and private clients in Europe and Asia.
When he’s not wine-ing, he works as a professional voiceover artist for documentaries, advertisements, corporate identity films and audiobooks. He is now writing a book on wines of the Balkans.
