Actually launched for Christmas, this will still be in stores in early ’26. It has a nose of spiced biscuit, bright citrus and fleshy apple, while the bubbles are soft and well rounded. There’s impressive mid-palate concentration, with juicy ripe orchard fruits and a fine zesty acid line. Pair this with Lidl’s seriously addictive cheese twist from the bakery section: the puff pastry equivalent of crack cocaine. A bottle that won Bronze at the IWSC in 2025.
