A beautiful Chenin made on Jurassic limestone just outside of Montreuil-Bellay by Pauline Foucault and Sylvain Dittière, a kind and dynamic couple. The backbone of acidity is balanced by very precise barrel ageing, giving weight and texture to the palate.
