2006 marks the second vintage for Henriot’s new prestige cuvée Hemera. Another warm year of sun-kissed grapes, this equal blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir expresses a more prominent Pinot soul with distinct fleshy generosity and mellow velvetiness. It is gastronomic in nature with an autumnal fruit profile, toffee and spiciness leading the aromatics. There is ample appley fruitiness complemented by sweet honey and spicy ginger nuances. The mousse is super soft on the round, plush palate. A prestige cuvée that is ready to drink.
