100% Pinot Noir from Les Riceys, in the far south-east of the Champagne region. The creamy nose with red apple, digestive biscuit and hints of cinnamon spice gives this a festive feel. The serious, structured palate reveals concentrated red fruit with a touch of savoury complexity, while the finish leaves a lingering note of toasted brioche. Awarded an IWSC silver medal.
