Picking up this ultra lightweight bottle, made from RPET recycled plastic, and noting the price, I confess I was slightly sceptical but this Italian sparkler is actually better than much of the tinny industrial Prosecco on the market at a similar price. A simple, citrusy, unpretentious fizz with some gentle zip, perfect for parties. The packaging sends an important signal for the future.
