An exuberant blend of 54% Arbanne, Petit Meslier and Fromenteau and 46% Chardonnay – from two different vintages – with masses of pretty fruit: red apple skin, lemon zest, elderflower and crystallised pineapple. Partial oak fermentation gives it depth and breadth, but the extra-brut finish is electric.
