An IWSC medal-winning, Pinot Noir-led blend from the producer of Aldi’s great value regular brut cuvée, offering premium Premier Cru fruit to warrant the slightly higher price. There’s zesty citrus and crisp green apple on the nose, supported by some tempting nutty nougat notes. The autolytic effect (the process by which dead yeast cells break down and dissolve into the wine) really comes into its own on the palate, offering additional pomp and plushness to frame the plump orchard fruit.
