Made for Morrisons by Bacio della Luna, in the Prosecco Hills, this DOCG ‘Superiore’ is certainly several notches above its cousins on the plains of the Prosecco DOC. With a perfumed rocha pear nose, there’s also fleshy yellow apple, with the ripe orchard fruits balanced by a breezy lime acidity. Poised and unshowy, it has a restrained elegance and offers incredible value.
