Produced for Booths by Maison Sichel, a classy St Julien, with graphite, foraged blackberry and preserved cherries on the nose, lifted by ethereal notes of violet. This leads into a slick, silky smooth cuvée, with lovely mid-palate depth, complexity and a real sense of place.
