“Poise, precision and charm” are the three words offered to describe the merits of Talbot in 2017. There is certainly an attractive fragrance of mulberry and cassis to get things off to a good start. Thereafter, the shape is hitherto a touch lean, but this may well echo the ‘poise and precision’ descriptors and presage a more than satisfactory development.
