A nose of Madagascan vanilla, with a hint of green pepper and some notes of freshly cut pine, backed with dry oak and some hints of freshly baked croissant. The palate gives more of the French tart notes, with some gooseberry and a freshness that belittles the age of the whisky. On the finish, there is some salty notes with a white chocolate note and hints of yuzu.
