Curiously complex and simply gorgeous on the finish. The eponymous pink pepper is clearly apparent yes, so too a grassy juniper twang, but it’s the use of honey, vanilla and tonka that adds a gourmand layer of patisserie-like sensations on the finish. It is as if you’ve just had a G&T and an almond croissant all at once. Pure indulgence!
