Ferran Adrià is the guest editor of Issue 16 of Club Oenologique magazine.

The Spanish chef was the driving force behind El Bulli, often referred to as the best restaurant in the world before its closure in 2011. Since then, Adrià has continued the restaurant’s legacy through work with the El Bulli Foundation, the publication of an extensive culinary encyclopaedia, and by transforming the restaurant into an ambitious museum project in Cala Montjoi.
