An exemplary Chevalier Blanc, dancing elegantly to the tune of the vintage and adding a spicy cadenza. 70% Sauvignon and 30% Semillon, entwined already, the best of friends, wax, grapefruit, lanolin and a dash of quince. Crisp and yet not without substance…Very finely tailored with no lack of detail.
