Sainsbury’s has a comprehensive Crémant range but this blend of Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris was my favourite: an IWSC Silver winner, the enticing nose of apricot, citrus blossom and toasted hazelnut leads to a creamy mousse, while the palate offers juicy peach and Biscoff biscuit, underpinned by zesty acidity with a cool lick of pebble to finish.
