Showing a gentle pink tinge, we tasted a toasty, creamy, aromatic profile. The palate shows ambition and complexity with well-defined citrus fruits. The mid-palate is chewy with a lingering finish combining green apple and hints of sea salt. Well-made and very enjoyable.
