Made with Maguey Tobalá cultivated in the Puebla region, this mezcal expresses notes of gooseberry jam, Bramley apple, sandalwood, zesty citrus and woodsmoke, which all combine to create remarkable complexity. The palate is oily, richly textured and wonderfully harmonious, and there is an intriguing savoury quality to the lingering finish.
