While pale pink Provence rosé is all the rage, it’s worth heading a little further for a fuller, deeper and darker style. Tavel is the Rhône’s only appellation dedicated to rosé and this gastronomic cuvée is produced for Tesco by experienced winemaker Julie Rouffignac. It’s bone dry, with bags of red cherry, berry character and a hint of orange zest adding complexity. Pair this with a Middle Eastern mezze.
