Red wine
Domaine Dujac, Clos de la Roche 2004
RRP £369
Sweet rot. A richly mature bouquet, slightly smoky and spicy, with coriander seed and white pepper. Surprisingly good generosity and depth. This magnum is still fresh, but it thins on the finish. Delicious now, but don’t keep a bottle.
