This delightfully pretty Muskateller is bursting with exotic aromas of fresh grapes, white peaches and freesias. Delicate handling in both the vineyard and the winery – the grapes were harvested in the cool of the early morning and then gently macerated for only a short period – has allowed winemaker Thomas Mantler to capture all the delicate perfume of this aromatic varietal, while maintaining a zesty lime freshness on the palate. With just a hint of sweetness to knit the fruit flavours together and a fresh, lively and very moreish finish, this is a perfect aperitif to serve on a sun-splashed terrace. Summer in a glass.
