This exceptional example reveals beguiling aromatics of lemongrass and crushed limestone, salty brine, buttered white toast, white peach, lemon cordial and delicate maritime sea breeze nuances. The palate is tight-knit and fairly lean with bright, tense, limey acids concertinaing the white and green citrus fruits. With time in glass, more intricate notes of white peach, green apple and tart lime mojito syrup develop; a sophisticated French oak regime ties the whole package together perfectly.
