Literally meaning ‘light-dark’ in Italian, chiaroscuro is a technique used to dramatic effect in the works of Leonardo da Vinci and Caravaggio. Seresin has adopted the lighting term for this unusual co-fermented cuvée that brings together Pinot Gris, Riesling and Chardonnay.
