Another new addition to the Sainsbury’s range, this time hailing from the Apalta Valley region of Chile, from an up and coming South American Semillon movement. Pronounced lemon and lime aromas come to the fore on a vibrant nose, which is restrained but inviting. Held together by a backbone of lightning-tight acidy on the palate, which brings to life flavours of peach, citrus fruit and minerality, and culminating in an explosively salivating finish.
