Pale green/gold colour. Lemon blossom, Bramley apple, chalk, butter and citrus drizzle. Very lively palate has layers of fruits and complex textures, with a beautiful citric/acidic tang. The wine takes hold of your taste buds and never seems to release. Very classical in style.
