Lovely perfumed palate very evolved with a hint of Oloroso, the juice flows throughout, carrying the acidity on a wave. This is more evolved than the 2007, there’s this sherry-like twist on the early palate and the fruit is tapestried, tropical, spiced with clove and sandalwood.
